Pam’s approach to her cooking classesis one of simplicity, practicality and enjoyment. Classic cooking that’s based on sourcing good produce, combining ingredients in a way that brings out their natural flavours, giving you the confidence to experiment and enjoy the cooking experience –for everyday or for special occasions or special dinner parties.

Our cookery courses are changed regularly, and we use ingredients that are appropriate to the season and locally produced where possible. Our recipes are however, designed for the real world, short ingredients lists, quick preparation times and dishes that are suitable for freezing are all recurring themes..
