Ballyderrin Cookery School
A space to enjoy yourself
When
it came to fitting out the cookery school, we wanted to create a space
that was comfortable, intimate and yet allowed everyone full enjoyment
of the class. As such the cooking school is in a bright, purpose built building,
and comfortably holds up to 20 people. Overhead mirrors ensure everyone
has a good view of every detail and the kitchen is fitted out with state
of the art stainless steel gas hobs and electric ovens.
Our
AGA classes take place in our kitchen using our traditional style AGA,
a long time member of the Holligan household. We continuously update our
cooking equipment and facilities to ensure all our customers have access to the
very best of utensils.
